WHAT DOES FRT-15L3 MEAN?

I have tried numerous different forced reset triggers, starting with rare breeds original. If the ATF started off knocking on doorways nevertheless, I disassembled it, grinded it up and tossed it during the trash as I didn't want any drama from a legally purchased trigger.
